Your Email Client Opens Automatically
The system opens your default email client on your phone or computer with all bid information already filled in. No manual typing required.
Review & Send
Double-check the information, then hit send. Your professionally formatted bid goes directly to the broker.
Wait for Response
Brokers review bids and respond quickly if interested. Your bid is typically live for around 15 minutes.
15-Minute Window
Your bid stays active for approximately 15 minutes. After that, you are free to move on to other loads and opportunities.
Important: Brokers respond quickly if interested. If you do not hear back within 15 to 30 minutes, move on to the next opportunity.
Pro Tip: Keep your email notifications on. Brokers may respond at any time, and quick responses show professionalism.
